TEENY NINJAS
Teeny Ninjas offers a unique opportunity for kids and adults to bond through play and learning. Our program is designed to teach parents how to interact with their kids while having fun and engaging in exciting activities. Catering to ages 1.5-3, we have a range of games and activities that are both educational and entertaining. At Teeny Ninjas, we believe that building strong relationships between parents and kids is essential for their growth and development, and we strive to provide a fun and safe environment for families to bond.
MINI NINJAS
Our Mini Ninja Program offers kids ages 4-5 a fun and exploratory environment where they can learn and develop a range of skills, including dancing, singing, parkour, and climbing, among others. The program allows children to discover who they are and what they enjoy, while practicing important physical activities that promote healthy habits and an active lifestyle. With an emphasis on creativity, play, and movement, the Mini Ninja Program is ideal for kids who want to express themselves while having fun and building new skills. Your child must be potty trained to participate.
PARKOUR FOUNDATIONS
Children in this age group undergo dramatic changes in their development and self-reliance. Not only does the child's body change and grow physically, but the mental landscape begins to transition from primarily fantasy-based to being increasingly governed by logic and reason. In the Parkour Foundations program, we build on the progress that began in Our Mini Ninjas program and continue to immerse our students in games and challenges that strengthen these newly developing mental faculties.
PARKOUR LEVEL 1
Human development is a lifelong process of cognitive, behavioral and physical change and emotional growth. The ever-changing attitudes and values that guide a person’s choices, actions, and relationships need to be nurtured in the right way, especially in childhood, and as teachers we strive to create a healthy learning environment that will encourage positive self-development. Between the ages of 8-12, children are beginning to experience puberty, growth spurts and significant weight gain and muscle growth. Some may even experience joint pain and other discomforts.
PARKOUR LEVEL 2
The Parkour Level 2 program builds upon the skills taught in Level 1, emphasizing advanced techniques such as body awareness, self-control, and understanding body mechanics. The course also fosters progress in various disciplines, decision-making abilities, independence, confidence, self-esteem, responsibility, and the importance of values and friendships.
PARKOUR LEVEL 3
The Parkour Level 3 program builds upon the skills taught in Level 2, further enhancing the participants' advanced skill set with a strong focus on body awareness, self-control, and understanding body mechanics. Additionally, the course emphasizes progress in any discipline, decision-making skills, independence, confidence, self-esteem, responsibility, and the significance of values and friendships.
TEEN/ADULT PARKOUR
It is important to remember that motivation, social skills, self-esteem, and values are all areas of growth. People of all ages should be encouraged and supported to develop in each of these areas. Guidance, understanding and compassion can help create an enabling environment that allows an individual to build and grow.
